Information clausePursuant to art 13 para 1 and para 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 I inform that:

1. the Controllerof data within the meaning of art. 4 point 7 of the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data contained in this statement is Hotel Gdańsk Brovarnia Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Sopot at ul.Chopina 6, 81-752 Sopot, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 583-26-21-608.
2. The purpose, scope and recipients of the processed data result from the scope of the offer selected by the Service User. The activities for which the Controller processes the data are described in point 5
3. The Controller may process the following personal data of Service Users: first name and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, credit card number, residence/trading address. In the case of a Service User, who is not a natural person, the Controller may additionally process the company name, address details, and Tax Identification Number.
4. Providing the data mentioned in point 3. is voluntary, but may be necessary to perform the service.
5. The collected data will be processed by the Controller for the purposes of:
   - provision of the service as part of the business activity (communication with guests, acceptance of reservations, check-in/ check-out, hotel and gastronomic service, other services provided on explicit request of a guest, settlement, compliance with accounting and tax requirements, statistical purposes, potential complaints and claims; for the purposes of the hotel's promotion, the image of a visitor may be processed and/or made public by explicit consent)
   - promotional marketing- with the consent of a guest
   - sending commercial information by electronic means - with the consent of a guest
   - newsletter subscription - with the consent of a guest
6. Personal data of a guest will be made available or entrusted to other entities participating in the provision of the service, in particular: entities operating ICT systems, entities providing audit services, legal, tax and accounting assistance based on concluded cooperation agreements,
7. Personal data may be made available to public authorities such as courts and other law enforcement authorities on explicit and justified request.
8. The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent given by a guest in the scope of communication by means of electronic devices, their processing is necessary for theprovision of a hotel and gastronomic service, or to undertake the activities necessary for its provision. In exceptional cases, the legal basis is the legitimate purpose of the Controller in the scope of pursuing claims.
9. The data has been obtained directly from their owner, from the entities being the controller of the Service User’s data – e.g. booking portals or other public sources.
10. Personal data will be stored for the period of 6 years provided for the limitation of claims. In the case of electronic communication as part of undertaken marketing activities, the processing will be continued until the consent is withdrawn by a guest.
11. Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
12. You have the right to access the data, rectify it, limit processing, delete, as well as to object to their processing at any time. Objection to the processing of data is tantamount to ceasing the provision of the service.
13. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time.
14. You have the right to be forgotten
15. You have the right to move your data.
16. Your data will be subject to automated processing in the IT system, dedicated to managing the hotel infrastructure.
17. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the event of violation of the conditions, referred to above or when processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
